Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 9-30g Nourishes the Blood and nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin.
With Dang Gui, for Blood Deficiency marked by dizziness, palpitations, insomnia and menstrual dysfunction.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 3-15g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood and regulates the menses.
With Shu Di Huang, for Heat symptoms due to Yin Deficiency and Devastated Blood.
Fr. Jujube Da Zao 10-30g Tonifies the Spleen and Stomach, augments Qi, nourishes the Blood, calms the Spirit, and moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 5-30g Nourishes the Blood, regulates menstruation, astringes Yin, adjusts the Ying and Wei and softens the Liver.
With Dang Gui, nourishes Yin and Blood.
With Dang Gui and Shu Di Huang, for dizziness, blurred vision and dysmenorrhea due to Blood Deficiency or Stasis.
Poria Pararadicis Fu Shen 3-9g Nourishes the Heart and calms the Shen.
Rx. Polygalae Yuan Zhi 3-15g Calms the Spirit, sedates the Heart and clears the channel joining the Heart and Kidney.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Preparata Zhi Gan Cao 3-14g Moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs and guides the herbs to all twelve channels.
Per. Citri Preparata Chen Pi 3-9g Regulates Qi, adjusts the Middle, relieves the diaphragm, dries Dampness and and transforms Phlegm.
